• Upon pick up you must present your rental voucher (which will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed), your local driving license and your international driving license, and an international credit card at your name. This credit card will be used as a deposit and guarantee for the car to be returned on time and unharmed. A cash deposit will not be accepted.
• Your rental vehicle will be available up to 2 hours of the estimated arrival time given when booking, in case no flight details were provided, or up to the closing time of the rental location (the earliest of the two).

Your rental car

The car type, model, engine size or baggage size are never guaranteed. The rental supplier may provide a car defined as equal and similar or a car from a higher car group.

Extension / delay / partial use of the rental voucher

• 1 rental day is 24 hours, so any delay in returning the car will result in an extra charge of a full additional day, according to the supplier's local rates, plus insurances and mandatory local charges.
• If the car was retuned outside the working hours of the rental location, you are responsible for the car until the rental supplier receives it and the rental agreement is closed.  
• The total rental days appearing on the voucher cannot be divided into separate rentals.
• There is no refund for partial use of the voucher. Any commitment or verbal promise given abroad does not oblige Ofran holiday autos.

Age

The minimum rental age  is  usually 21, with a driving seniority of at least 12 months. Young drivers may be requested to pay for an additional insurance. Prestigious cars have a minimum age requirement of 25. The booking is valid based on the driver's age you have entered. You may not be able to collect the chosen car group if the information provided is incorrect.

Additional drivers

Aside from the main driver, any additional driver must also meet the rental requirements regarding age, license and seniority, for his details to be added to the rental agreement.

Restrictions

Generally cars rented in European countries can be driven  freely within the European continent expect the United Kindom and Ireland . However, in some countries there restrictions  when crossing country borders. Entrance to some Eastern European countries might request an  advanced written confirmation. An exit fee per day  may be required to be paid locally.

Cancellations and Changes:

In any case of reservation change a fee of EUR 9 will be charged in addition to the rental rate.

• Cancellation:
  In any case of a reservation cancellation before pick up and after a voucher has been issued a EUR 9 cancellation fee will be charged.
  In any case the pick up time and date have passed , no refund will be made. In a case of a dispute, the jurisdiction of the Cyprus court will be the only deciding factor.

Reservations for special cars in Europe (luxury, automatic or minivans) MUST be cancelled
at least 48 hours prior to pick up time. If the cancellation is done less than 48 hours prior to pick up, a EUR 100 cancellation fee will be charged.

Accidents or theft.

In case of an accident or theft, you must notify the rental supplier and the local police immediately, and keep a copy of the police report. You will also have to fill out an accident report with the rental supplier, for insurance purposes.

The excess amount stated when booking will be charged in any case of damage or theft, regardless of fault.

Fuel

Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel, and should be returned the same way. Partially full or empty fuel tanks will be filled up by the rental supplier at a higher rate, adding a service fee. The sum will be automatically charged to your credit card.

You are responsible to verify the type of fuel the car consumes (leaded gas, unleaded gas or diesel) and fill it with this fuel only. Filling up the wrong gas type will incur in a charge of up to the full repairs amount by the rental supplier.

The rental voucher and rental agreement

• The rental voucher is personal and is valid for the renter only (who's name appears on the voucher), and for the details stated on it (rental supplier, rental locations, dates, hours, car group etc.). Any change to the mentioned details is the soul responsibility of the renter.
• The voucher serves as proof of payment for the reservation alone, and is not in any way part of the rental agreement signed between the executing company and the renter upon receiving the car.
• Loss of the voucher is the responsibility of the renter.

Extras not included in the rental voucher

Airport fee (unless paid in advance), additional drivers insurance, young drivers insurance, personal accidents insurance and any additional insurance not included in your voucher, one way fees, traffic fines, road fees, baby seats, ski equipment or any other additional item requested and signed for upon pick up. Please note that returning the car at a different location than originally booked might result in an extra charge.

The extras will be charged by the rental supplier upon pick up, adding local taxes.

Your signature on the rental agreement is binding and cannot be cancelled post factum. However, extras purchased upon pick up can be cancelled within 24 hours of signing the rental agreement with the rental supplier.

General terms and conditions

• The relationship between the renter and  Holiday Autos, ASG Ltd  is for reserving the car at the requested destination. Holiday Autos, ASG Ltd ‘s responsibility is limited to issuing the booking vouchers properly, in order to make a connection between the renter and the rental supplier.
• Upon car pick up, the renter will sign a new contract with the rental supplier. However, Holiday Autos, ASG Ltd  will do its utmost to assist and provide a solution in case of any problem the renter encounters with the rental supplier.
• Any claim against the rental supplier should be forwarded to the rental supplier directly. The jurisdiction location for claims against the rental supplier will be the country where the rental took place.  Holiday Autos, ASG Ltd  serves  as sub agent  of Ofran Holiday Autos, 1 ben Yehuda str. , P.O box 26133, Tel Aviv 61261 Israel.  In a case of a dispute, the jurisdiction of the Cyprus court will be the only deciding factor.
• In a case of a dispute between the renter and Holiday Autos, ASG Ltd , the jurisdiction of the Cyprus court will be the only deciding factor.
• Exceptional expenses (such as: hotels, trains, flights, a more expensive rental etc.) must have a written confirmation from the rental supplier or from  Holiday Autos, ASG Ltd. No refunds or compensations will be given without this written confirmation.
• The rental supplier has the right to deny a car from anyone who does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
• The renter should request a copy of the final rental agreement when returning the car, and keep it for future queries.
• Accepting the voucher and applying it states your agreement to the above terms and conditions
